I would like to thank Michelle Danks-Costello,
Publisher/Editor-in-Chief, for giving me this wonderful opportunity
to showcase my jewelry collection.
I would also like to thank the fabulous photographer, Pete Lacey for
all his hard work and his incredible artist eye in capturing and
presenting the fantastic shots for Lucky Dog Magazine. To view his

How To Recycle a Typewriter
I'm a sucker for funky jewelry. I'm a sucker for old typewriters.
I'm a sucker for alphabets and monograms. I think this means I'm a
sucker for Monkapaws, too! Just look at her amazing bling made from
old typewriter keys, vintage scrabble tiles, and even unique pieces
of china - ooooh! I could just eat up all of Renee's jewelry! (But
then, I guess eating it up would ruin all the pleasure of wearing
it. I didn't think that one through.)
Some of the keys that Renee has found are so so so sweet. I mean,
c'mon, cash register numbers? Admit it, that's amazing.
Renee also has a blog. (You know what, I've been noticing that the
weblog is becoming a bit of a popular thing. Has anyone else noticed
that?)
And, if you live in the San Jose area (unlike me, who lives in the
some-small-town-in-Ohio area), you can actually meet Renee at this
event! If you don't live in the San Jose area, you can meet Renee
via cyberspace here and here.
Fun fact: Renee is a flight attendant. Other fun fact: I am not a
flight attendant. Here's to flight attendants who make really swanky
jewelry!
